Stress Management & “Real Talk” Drug Education for Teens and Parents

This is an adaptation of a presentation I have given to thousands of teens over the past 5 years. It is NOT sugar coated and can sometimes be triggering, see below for privacy and safety requests.
We will cover:
Simple Stress Management tools for teens
How drugs have changed in the last few decades
What is fentanyl and why is it a big deal?
What to do if you witness an overdose
And more…
This will be a jam-packed class, please arrive on time and ready to go as this class will NOT be recorded to respect the privacy of all participants.
Other requests:
If you and your teen are both participating (which I encourage!) please do so on separate devices. This allows either of you to confidentially private chat me with questions.
Please use headphones. This content is not appropriate for young children.
Age recommendation is 14 and up- 13 is ok if the parent feels strongly it’s appropriate and the child is interested.
All participants should be willing. Please do not force anyone to participate in this class- they won’t learn much and it will bring the vibe down!
