What’s this Mini Bootcamp all about?

Our healing matters if we want to shift generational patterns, and be the best role models we can be for our kiddos.

I have a talent for making “hippie dippie” concepts super down to earth and practical, and have tons of experience witnessing how much transformation can occur when we use some of these kick-ass-ninja-tools to hack into our subconscious and maximize our healing. We will be covering several of these tools in this Bootcamp!

This Mini Bootcamp is designed to give you some simple, practical tools that make a BIG impact. But please remember, this information is NOT intended to be a replacement for appropriate treatment. This course is best suited for people in aftercare or those who are currently working with a therapist, a 12 Step Program, or some other form of active healing/support.

I have struggled with anxiety, addiction, codependency, eating disorders, stress, overwhelm and excessively overthinking things. I have been involved in therapy, 12 step programs and other personal growth work for years. This Bootcamp gave me some really simple grounding techniques and ways to shake off negativity. I love how Jen shared ways I can bring intention and awareness into some things that I already have incorporated into my daily routines to make them more of a ritual, such as showering off the day. I gained insight into ways to organize my thoughts and let things go that are not serving me today and tools to help me get into a place of gratitude and grounded-ness. I feel inspired to keep striving to be my better self. One key takeaway for me was how to decipher when my first thought is “wrong” versus my first thought being in alignment with my intuition. This Bootcamp was easy to follow, didn’t take much time and was packed full of helpful information and worksheets! I would recommend it to anyone looking for some tools to help navigate this crazy world we live in.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD at 41 years old! That itself braught major overwhelm, but ADHD comes with a full spectrum of sensitivity issues on its own. RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria), executive dysfunction, time blindness, impulse control, and the biggie, ruminating thoughts. I’ve recovered from variety of minor substance abuse issues, and also a recovering codependent. So let’s just say Jen‘s Boot Camp came at the perfect time, and her toolbox is ESSENTIAL for GUIDING me through stress management. My hyperactivity appears to gives me all the motivation all of the time, but her grounding tools are the catalyst to keep things running smoothly with two rowdy little boys running the house. The value of emotional regulation is finally getting the attention it deserves. Everyone can benefit from this.

I cannot say enough about the Resilience and Recovery Mini Bootcamp with Jen.   After years of struggling, and hiding, from physical and emotional trauma, I now have a toolbox I can refer to whenever I need.  There isn’t one tool/tip I like more than another because depending on how I’m feeling, I may need to use a few of them to put me back on track.  Recovery is a lifelong process.  You’ll have good days and bad days, but with the tools Jen gives you in this bootcamp, you can continue to create more good days than bad.  Jen has a unique, and intuitive, ability to sense the needs of people.  She has taken those abilities and compiled them into an exceptional bootcamp that you’ll want to refer to repeatedly.  I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
